One way of promoting togetherness and cooperation among your employees is by organizing events such as team building for your employees. Team building is simply the act of causing a group of individuals to work as a team. Team building is designed to increase motivation and promote corporation. There are a lot of games that are often played in these events known as the team building games. All these games have one thing in common. They tend to promote cooperation and the importance of working as a team. There are so many different types of team building games.

AAs stated above; there are very many team building games that one can consider during a team building retreat. The following are some few ideas. Starting us off is the game of possibilities. This game takes five to six minutes. It can be played by one or multiple small groups. It involves a challenge where each of the members is given an object without the other team members knowing what it is. They then have to demonstrate the uses of that object leaving the other members to guess what it is. This game is known to inspire creativity as well as individual innovation. There is also the winner/loser game. This also takes only about five minutes. There are no tools required in this one. It can involve two or more people. Here, one partner tells the other about something negative that has happened in their life. The other partner in return is supposed to retell the event but only focusing on the positives.  This means that for every bad situation, there is something positive about it.  This game gives the participants the ability to reframe negative situations into learning experiences together.

Finally, we have a game known as purpose mingle. Here, there a no tools required and the number of participants is unlimited. This game improves meeting productivity among the employees.
